Geneva West is the Founder and Executive Director of Real I.M.P.A.C.T Center, Inc.   West is a native of Pineview, GA, who landed in the city of Macon, GA after graduating college and starting her career.  After spending almost 10-years in wireless technology industry, Geneva West sought after her life-long passion of helping others. Inspired by her beautiful daughters (Amarie and Jada West), Real I.M.P.A.C.T. Center, Inc. was founded in June 2013, with a mission to provide a fun avenue for young girls to focus on character development and life skills.  West was surprisingly steered to focus on STEM upon learning the need for such programs due to the lack of females and minorities in STEM related careers.  "I want girls to realize that they can be change agents in the world, just by understanding their future is right now!”  She holds a B.A. in Mass Communications from Fort Valley State University.  She continued her studies and also holds a M.B.A in Human Resources and Marketing from Keller Graduate School of Management.  West has a background is in career development, mentorship, business marketing, entrepreneurship and higher education, with a long history in community service.  She is dedicated to increasing the number of girls and women pursuing a STEM career from rural Middle GA.
